1、建議三螺桿泵的安裝位置，盡可能地靠近該三螺桿泵抽送介質(zhì)的 供液源。三螺桿泵房應(yīng)該明亮寬敞、干凈、干燥，以便進(jìn)行日常維護(hù)，并有足夠的空間進(jìn)行安裝、維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)；

操作事項(xiàng)

Operating items
為了保證三螺桿泵的安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，*次啟動(dòng)前的zui終檢查是非常必要的，下面所列設(shè)備交付正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所必須檢查的幾項(xiàng)內(nèi)容：

1、檢查所有管道：管道是否都有獨(dú)立與三螺桿泵的單獨(dú)支撐，并保證對(duì)三螺桿泵不施加額外的力，管道以及其它附件的結(jié)合處是否有泄漏，所有管道是否都已沖洗干凈。閥門以及控制儀器是否都起作用，過濾器的網(wǎng)目是否符合要求；

1, check all the pipe: separate supporting pipeline are independent and the three screw pump, and promise not to impose additional stress on the three screw pump, pipeline andother accessories for leaks around, all the pipelines have been washed clean. Valve andcontrol instruments are played a role, if the filter mesh meets the requirements;
2、三螺桿泵腔內(nèi)是否已注入足夠的被輸送的介質(zhì)；

3、檢查進(jìn)出口壓力表以及其它儀表是否工作正常；

5、當(dāng)三螺桿泵軸承為外置時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查齒輪箱內(nèi)的油位是否達(dá)到規(guī)定的位置，過量的齒輪油會(huì)引起齒輪油的過熱；

8、打開管路所有閥門，保證整個(gè)輸送管道底暢通；

10、啟動(dòng)電機(jī)檢查裝置是否有異常噪聲與震動(dòng)。任何異常的震動(dòng)和聲音的改變必須尋清原因，并加以排除；

11、如需停三螺桿泵應(yīng)先斷開電機(jī)電源再停三螺桿泵，然后關(guān)閉進(jìn)、出口管道上閘閥。
