我公司生產(chǎn)的三螺桿泵是按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB10886-2002設(shè)計(jì)、制造生產(chǎn)。三螺桿泵是轉(zhuǎn)子式容積泵，它是利用螺桿嚙合原理，依靠旋轉(zhuǎn)的螺桿在泵套內(nèi)相互嚙合，把被輸送的介質(zhì)封閉在嚙合腔內(nèi)，沿螺桿軸向連續(xù)勻速地推至排出口，為系統(tǒng)提供穩(wěn)定的壓力。三螺桿泵適用于輸送各種無(wú)腐蝕性油類及類似油和潤(rùn)滑性液體。輸送液體的粘度范圍一般為3.0～760mm2/S（1.2～100°E），高粘度介質(zhì)可通過(guò)加溫降粘后輸送。其溫度一般不超過(guò)350℃。三螺桿泵用于輸送液壓油或潤(rùn)滑油、非潤(rùn)滑液體、低潤(rùn)滑度液體。螺桿泵的性質(zhì)有：自動(dòng)裝填、高效率、低噪聲水平、對(duì)變速傳動(dòng)（FU）的高適合度。液體*連續(xù)流動(dòng)，無(wú)間歇、無(wú)紊亂、無(wú)壓損、無(wú)潤(rùn)滑油損失。三螺桿泵具有單通道、自動(dòng)裝填功能，還擁有特殊外形可以構(gòu)成氣密室，當(dāng)軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，里面的物質(zhì)從吸引端向加壓側(cè)連續(xù)軸向移動(dòng)。盡管軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，也不會(huì)引起紊亂。統(tǒng)一室體積排除了壓回力。
