HSN三螺桿泵選型步驟及注意事項

HSN three screw pump selection steps and matters needing attention

1、首先要準確了解HSN三螺桿泵的實際工作參數(shù)，如壓力、流量、介質(zhì)的工作溫度及介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度、介質(zhì)有無潤滑性、腐蝕性等；

1, we should accuray understand the actual working parameters of the HSN three screw pump, such as the temperature and medium pressure, flow rate, medium viscosity at operating temperature, medium with and withoutlubrication, corrosion resistance;

2、根據(jù)介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度初步選擇泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，選擇n=1450r/min比較適合，當粘度大于300mm2/s，請慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量，以免泵產(chǎn)生振動；

3、從泵的性能表上，按所需流量、壓力等參數(shù)初步選擇泵的規(guī)格；

4、從泵的必需汽蝕表（P15）上，根據(jù)泵的規(guī)格轉(zhuǎn)速粘度查出泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值；

4, from the pump required NPSH table （P15）, according to the size, speed, viscosity pump to pump necessary NPSH NPSHr value;

5、如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值小于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，那么泵選型正確；如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值大于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，則要選擇大一檔的泵或是降低轉(zhuǎn)速，并重新校合NPSHr值。NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K（一般情況安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m）

6、選定泵的規(guī)格后，在對應(yīng)的粘度下，從表中查出此規(guī)格泵在工作壓力下△P下的流量與軸功率N1，選配電機功率N2，N2 ≥ K·N1。N1（Kw） ≤5 5＜N1≤10 10＜N1≤50 ＞50K 1.25 1.2 1.15 1.1

7、用戶選定泵后，根據(jù)泵的規(guī)格與電機的機組配套尺寸進行基礎(chǔ)施工設(shè)計，進出口管道必須與泵的進出口相匹配。

1.行業(yè)代號：無代號表示常規(guī)使用、C表示船舶、D表示電力、S表示石化，“”的含義為符合對應(yīng)行業(yè)特殊要求而進行設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)的專業(yè)使用產(chǎn)品；

2. 安裝方式：H表示臥式安裝、F表示支架式安裝、S表示立式安裝、K表示浸沒式安裝；

3.規(guī)格代號：具體可參看性能參數(shù)表；

4.主桿螺旋方向：R表示主桿螺旋方向為右旋（常規(guī)使用）、L表示主桿螺旋方向為左旋；

5. 螺旋升角：具體可參看性能參數(shù)表；

6.軸承潤滑形式：無代號表示軸承內(nèi)置、W表示軸承外置；

7.進出口相對位置：無代號表示右進左出、Z表示左進右出、D表示端進上出，進出口相對位置的方向標準為從驅(qū)動（電機）端向泵方向看，D進出口相對位置無S和K兩種安裝方式；

8.特殊要求：無代號表示無特殊要求，T1、T2、T3……表示用戶有特殊要求，具體型號由我公司提供

9.工作轉(zhuǎn)速：無代號表示4級電機，同步轉(zhuǎn)速1500r/min，2P表示2級電機，同步轉(zhuǎn)速3000r/min，6P表示6級電機，同步轉(zhuǎn)速1000r/min，VF表示變頻調(diào)速電機，轉(zhuǎn)速可調(diào)；

10. 工作壓力：無代號表示工作壓力≤1.0MPa、25表示工作壓力≤2.5MPa、40表示工作壓力≤4.0MPa；

11.輔助參數(shù)項如果在用戶的技術(shù)協(xié)議、標書等技術(shù)文件中有體現(xiàn)和要求，在型號中本項可不體現(xiàn)
