三螺桿泵構(gòu)造
1.主桿與從桿.螺桿就相當(dāng)于螺桿泵的心臟.其主要原理就是螺桿相互嚙合的螺桿沿軸向輸送工作介質(zhì)（主要材質(zhì)為54Cr,  38CrMoAl）

2.螺桿泵沒有出料，這個情況就比較復(fù)雜了，所以我們要檢查電機(jī)接線是否正確，旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否有誤，有些型號的螺桿泵是不能反向旋轉(zhuǎn)的，然后在檢查是否進(jìn)口管路的問題，是否有堵塞或者進(jìn)口有泄露，檢查并且調(diào)整，如果物料的粘度過高，也會導(dǎo)致吸不上來，加大泵的型號，或者放慢轉(zhuǎn)速，如果這些地方都沒有問題，請檢查定子和轉(zhuǎn)子之間的間隙，是否有磨損，如果很大，需要及時更換定子，或者檢查是否有異物堵塞定子和轉(zhuǎn)子了，及時清除就可以排除了問題
