YLL(YGL)系列有機熱載體爐為組裝式強制循環(huán)立式燃生物質(zhì)鍋爐。本系列鍋爐本體受熱面結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，受熱面由內(nèi)、外密排的圓盤管構(gòu)成，內(nèi)盤管為輻射受熱面，外盤管與內(nèi)盤管的外表面構(gòu)成對流受熱面。鍋爐由上部本體和下部燃燒室組成，工地現(xiàn)場組合。燃料在燃燒室內(nèi)充分燃燒后，被輻射受熱面吸收大部分熱量后，高溫?zé)煔膺M入對流受熱面進行換熱，煙氣出鍋爐后在空氣預(yù)熱器中加熱鍋爐燃燒所需的空氣，再經(jīng)除塵器由引風(fēng)機將煙氣送至煙囪排入大氣。各類排放指標(biāo)均低于國家（GB13271-2001）《鍋爐大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》規(guī)定，是替代電、燃油、燃氣、燃煤蒸汽鍋爐的佳產(chǎn)品。生物質(zhì)鍋爐運行成本低，比燃油、燃氣、電加熱鍋爐可節(jié)省40%-60%，比燃煤節(jié)省5%-10%運行成本，是一種高效的熱能設(shè)備。

The YLL(YGL) Organic heat carrier boiler is packaged forced circulation vertical burning biomass boilers. The heating surface of ontology is compact structure, heating surface is composed of inside and outside close circular tube. Inside dish tube for radiation heating surface, outside dish tube and the outer surface of the tube inside dish convection heating surface. The boiler is composed of upper body and lower combustion chamber, field assembling. The fuel in the combustion chamber full combustion, after the most heat is absorbed by the radiation heating surface, the high temperature flue gas going to the convection heating surface and change the heat.
