管鏈輸送機是一種輸送粉狀、小顆粒狀及小塊狀等散狀物料的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備，可以水平、傾斜和垂直組合輸送。廣泛應(yīng)用于精細化工、塑料工藝、農(nóng)藥礦石、建筑材料、食品工業(yè)等。

●容積式輸送裝置 , 可實現(xiàn)物料的輸送和計量。易于實現(xiàn)集中控制，提高自動化程度，滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)對環(huán)境保護的要求

●結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊 , 占用空間小，可以三維改變輸送方向。
●被輸送的物料從進口到出口法蘭之間是處于密閉狀態(tài)的。出口不必設(shè)置除塵器。在輸送物料時可充裝氣體。運輸中能保證沒有粉塵泄漏到環(huán)境中。
●物料沿著管子平滑輸送，基本上沒有內(nèi)部運動，所以物料破損少，緩慢的彎道輸送使很少的物料顆粒產(chǎn)生碎屑。
●根據(jù)不同的加料情況，進口之間可相距超過10米遠。
●鏈輪有優(yōu)化的肩，設(shè)計優(yōu)化，使用硬化鏈條具有最小磨損。
●特殊的輸送盤 ,具有極低的磨擦系數(shù)和穩(wěn)定的輸送能力。
