該工藝系統(tǒng)設(shè)備配置適用于大流量（10~300t/h）粉體物料的定量喂料。系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)流給料裝置由專用旋轉(zhuǎn)式鎖料閥、電動(dòng)（氣動(dòng)）流量控制閥、氣動(dòng)開關(guān)截止閥、充氣分料箱組成。給料裝置安裝在粉體倉下方或庫側(cè)，庫內(nèi)底部設(shè)有專用充氣助流裝置，防止粉體物料起拱及庫內(nèi)壓力引起的下料不暢。粉體物料由庫底經(jīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)鎖風(fēng)閥、電動(dòng)（氣動(dòng)）流量控制閥后，通過一段空氣輸送斜槽進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)，轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)經(jīng)稱重檢測及速度檢測計(jì)算后，穩(wěn)定喂入下到輸送環(huán)節(jié)?？刂葡到y(tǒng)根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)內(nèi)的物料容重，調(diào)節(jié)旋轉(zhuǎn)式鎖風(fēng)閥的轉(zhuǎn)速及流量閥的開度，保證轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)內(nèi)的物料容積始終恒定。控制系統(tǒng)通過檢測轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)的瞬時(shí)流量與設(shè)定流量比較后計(jì)算控制結(jié)果，調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速，達(dá)到穩(wěn)定精確喂料。

該工藝系統(tǒng)設(shè)備配置適用于中流量（5~120t/h）粉體物料的定量喂料，系統(tǒng)采用溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)作為穩(wěn)流給料裝置。系統(tǒng)由雙向螺旋閘門、溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)及控制裝置組成。溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)安裝在粉體倉下方，給料機(jī)上方設(shè)有螺旋閘門與倉底出料口連接，供檢修用。物料經(jīng)溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)穩(wěn)定給入轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)內(nèi)，轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)經(jīng)稱重檢測及速度檢測計(jì)算后，穩(wěn)定喂入下到輸送環(huán)節(jié)。
