三螺桿泵構(gòu)造

1.主桿與從桿.螺桿就相當(dāng)于螺桿泵的心臟.其主要原理就是螺桿相互嚙合的螺桿沿軸向輸送工作介質(zhì)（主要材質(zhì)為40Cr,  38CrMoAl）

2.襯套與外殼.螺桿泵的襯套及外殼的長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)至少能覆蓋一個(gè)導(dǎo)程的螺桿副.（襯套主要材質(zhì)為HT200/QT450-10/ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5/ZL109外殼為HT200/QT450-10）

3.軸套.軸套主要是用來(lái)固定從動(dòng)螺桿以保證運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)（材質(zhì)為ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5/ZL109）

4.密封.螺桿泵密封分為.機(jī)械密封（適用于介質(zhì)潤(rùn)滑性好溫度小于800）填料密封（適用于潤(rùn)滑介質(zhì)較差粘度大溫度小于1500）和波紋管密封（適用于介質(zhì)粘度大溫度在2500）

5軸承.軸承可分為內(nèi)置軸承（一般介質(zhì)潤(rùn)滑性好）外置軸承（介質(zhì)潤(rùn)滑性差.粘度大）

6.前端蓋.后蓋.軸承座 .泵頭座為多為鑄件直接加工（材質(zhì)為HT200/QT450-10）

三螺桿泵常用知識(shí)

1．三螺桿泵的流量，壓力在相同轉(zhuǎn)速、黏度時(shí)近似成直線(xiàn)關(guān)系，壓力越高，流量越小。

2．相同粘度、壓力下泵的流量與轉(zhuǎn)速近似成正比。

3．相同轉(zhuǎn)速、粘度時(shí)，軸功率與壓力近似成正比。

4．相同粘度、壓力下，軸功率與轉(zhuǎn)速近似成正比。

粘度增大時(shí)，流量和軸功率均增加，但由于其中關(guān)系比較復(fù)雜，必要時(shí)，向?qū)I(yè)人員咨詢(xún)。

例：在常溫下輸送γ=75cst 的潤(rùn)滑油，要求：Q=11.5m3/h P=1.0MPa

根據(jù)以上參數(shù)查樣本選SNH210R46U12.1

其參數(shù)為：Q=203 l/min=12.18m3/h P=1.0MPa

n=1450rpm N=4.24KW

由泵的軸功率N 選電機(jī)

查表得功率儲(chǔ)備系數(shù)K=1.25。

電機(jī)的功率Nm=K·N=1.25×4.24=5.3KW。

由電機(jī)樣本查得：Y132S-4 的功率為5.5KW。
