如何進(jìn)行三螺桿泵配套機(jī)械密封的更換安裝，必須遵循以下幾點(diǎn)：

（1）螺桿泵出廠序列號(hào)、機(jī)械密封的型號(hào)、規(guī)格是否正確以及是否為帶有黃山天曼泵業(yè)有限公司三螺桿泵機(jī)械密封件標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)志，質(zhì)量是否符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；密封安裝前，應(yīng)確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品型號(hào)及規(guī)格與設(shè)備要求*。

（2）靜環(huán)尾部防轉(zhuǎn)槽端與防轉(zhuǎn)銷頂部應(yīng)保持1mm-2mm的軸向間隙，以免緩沖失效。

（3）動(dòng)、靜環(huán)端面用酒精清洗干凈，其余金屬件用汽油清洗并用潔凈的壓縮空氣吹干，仔細(xì)檢查務(wù)必保證動(dòng)、靜環(huán)密封面沒有任何損傷。損傷和破裂的均不能更換。裝配前，兩件“O”形橡膠密封圈應(yīng)涂上機(jī)械密封標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一層潤(rùn)滑油膏，動(dòng)、靜環(huán)端面不許涂油。

（4）在安裝密封的軸，腔體及壓蓋等與輔助密封圈接觸處均勻涂油（注：對(duì)乙丙橡膠、或介質(zhì)不允許注入潤(rùn)滑油的情況下，可涂抹植物油或肥皂水。把機(jī)械密封套上軸，按設(shè)計(jì)的工作高度安裝到位。過壓蓋通孔，采用對(duì)角線交叉擰緊方式，用螺栓將整個(gè)密封與密封腔體（泵蓋）聯(lián)接擰緊機(jī)械密封配有輔助系統(tǒng)時(shí)，按標(biāo)示正確連接管路。

（9）試車：以上步驟完成后，手動(dòng)盤車三螺桿泵配套機(jī)械密封，注意觀察轉(zhuǎn)矩的變化，以及有無(wú)擦碰聲音異常等，以確定是否要重新安裝和調(diào)整。
