QTZ300(7031)塔式起重機
QTZ300塔式起重機是滿足GB/T9462<<塔式起重機技術(shù)條件>>和GB5144<<塔式起重機安全規(guī)程>>等標準設(shè)計的加強型塔式起重機,額定起重力矩300t·m ,zui大起重量為12噸,有 TC7020、TC6524、TC6028、TC5236等類型。該機起升機構(gòu)、回轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)、變幅機構(gòu)均為變頻調(diào)速機構(gòu),電控系統(tǒng)采用進口元件,安全保護裝置為機械式或機電一體化產(chǎn)品,齊全可靠,該機具有固定、行走、附著、內(nèi)爬等工作型式,可滿足城市中高層建筑、工業(yè)廠房、電站水壩、橋梁等各種建筑施工的需要。
1.概述
鐵力士牌QTZ300 (T7031/12T)塔機是鴻達集團公司研制,采用變頻調(diào)速技術(shù),滿足GB/T5031<<塔式起重機>>和GB5144<<塔式起重機安全規(guī)程>>等標準。QTZ300塔機是鴻達集團公司匯集二十多年塔機設(shè)計生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗推出的一種上回轉(zhuǎn)、水平臂自升塔式起重機。該機具有以下特點:
1)各項性能參數(shù)*、起重力矩大、起升高度高、工作幅度大、作業(yè)空間廣、使用效率高。
2)整機造型美觀、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)輕巧、選材精良并經(jīng)整型噴丸、防銹等預(yù)處理;標準節(jié)采用胎具組焊和切削加工,互換性好;起重臂變截面,自重輕,風阻??;塔頂為前傾式,受力簡單;采用銷軸和高強度螺栓連接,裝拆方便;側(cè)置式司機室,視野開闊,司機座椅可根據(jù)人體需要自由調(diào)節(jié),操作舒適。
3)該機具有固定、行走、附著、內(nèi)爬等工作型式,可滿足城市中高層建筑、工業(yè)廠房、電站水壩、橋梁等各種建筑施工的需要。
4)起升機構(gòu)采用變頻調(diào)速技術(shù),可獲得理想的起升速度及荷重的慢就位?;剞D(zhuǎn)機構(gòu),牽引機構(gòu)采用變頻無級調(diào)速技術(shù),工作平穩(wěn),就位準確。行走機構(gòu)采用液力偶合器,起、制動平穩(wěn)。
5)電控系統(tǒng)采用通用型式,低壓電器采用進口電器元件,積木式組合,卡軌式安裝。
采用集中于司機室的兩個十字型主令控制器和按扭開關(guān)操縱。整機電控柜對380V-440V(50Hz-60Hz)電源通用。
6)各種安全裝置齊全,備有力矩、重量、幅度、高度顯示監(jiān)控功能(配備顯示器),同時也有報警、自鎖等功能。
1. General
TIE LI SHI QTZ300(T7031/12) tower crane is latest designed, adopts conversion speed governing technique and satisfies GB/T5031《tower crane》and GB5144《Safe regulation of tower crane》etc. It is manufactured by Shandong Hongda Group based on more than two decades of tower crane design and production experiences. It is an upper slewing and self-lifting tower crane with a horizontal jib. The main features are as follows:
1) It has advantages of advanced technical parameters, larger load moment, high hoisting, large working radius, wide working space and high efficiency.
2) The entire machine is of fine shape, light steel structure and superior materials, and given such pretreatment as dressing, rust-resisting and the blasting, etc. The modular tool combination welding and machining work are adopted in standard section with sound interchangeability. The cross-section of jib can be changed with light dead weight and weak wind resistance. The cat head rakes forward, with simple force. the pin connection and high-tensile bolt connection are adopted, with convenient mounting and dismantling. The side-mounted cabin with wide visual field is comfortable, easy operation and the driver's seat can be freely adjusted according to requirements.
3) The machine has such working types as stationary, attached, climbing inside the building, etc., which can meet the needs of the constructions of urban medium and high-rise buildings, factory buildings, power stations, dams and bridges, etc.
4) The hoisting mechanism can obtain the desired hoisting speed and achieve the slow positioning of a load by conversion speed governing. Slewing and trolley travelling mechanisms can steadily operate and be exactly in position by conversion stepless speed regulation. The hydraulic coupling is used in travelling mechanism in order to start and brake smoothly and steadily.
5) The electrical control system adopts the international universal type and the low voltage electrical appliances including imported electrical components, which are modular combination and rail-clamping installation. It is controlled by two cross-shaped command controllers and button switches centralized in the cabin. The electrical control cabinet of the machine is connected with the power supply for 380V-440V(50Hz-60Hz).
6)With the complete safety devices, the machine has multi-function of monitoring display moment, weight, radius and height as well as warning, self-locking etc.
